The metal mounting ring that comes with the unit has a grounding tab attached to it. This has altered the width of the aluminium ring in one spot that leaves the horn button flush on one side and sticking out on the other side. This will need to be adjusted to get the horn sitting flush.
Unit comes with no tools to adjust the bolts so you should probably buy an allen key set while you're on amazon.
Apart from the above, the unit is amazing to grip and feels lovely when driving. I replaced the previous owners generic car shop aftermarket steering wheel.
