Got my TJ with no back seat. This Bestop product fit my needs very well. Seems bigger than the OE seat, but my kids aren't complaining. Does take a bit more space in the back, and does not want to stay folded up when driver's seat is all the way back. All in all, very nice product and the zipper pocket comes in handy for bungee cords, maps, and some small tools. Was easy to install in under 30 minutes!

I used this in conjunction with the Bestop trunk that installs behind the seat. With this combination the fit is so tight you lose the fold and tumble function of the seat but at least they both fit. They give you little clips to lock the front pivot posts to the floor attachments but there was no way I could get those on in the tight quarters. I'll take it out and drill a hole in each post and use a washer/cotter pin instead. It would be nice too if they would devise a quick release so you could easily install/remove the seat.
