Good Service

The mirror I ordered for my 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 truck did not fit. Note that it does fit the 2002 1500 truck, thus the problem. They cheerfully refunded my money and shipping. Nice folks. Mirror was high quality.

Sturdy, fit right, some vibration

Not a bad mirror, only complaint is that it has more vibration than my stock (have a left side stock mirror). It's not horrible and is livable, and not so bad in the convex piece - but they should have used some more dampening materials.
